With 12 years of experience teaching English to hundreds of diverse students with different learning styles and needs, Emily deeply enjoys helping students dissect texts, build arguments for essays, and grow their vocabulary. She is trained in writing pedagogy and is a professor of English at Ashland University’s Prison Education Program. Emily will finish her MFA in Nonfiction Creative Writing at Ashland University in 2024.
